By when will the crystals get delivered once I place the order?

You can expect to receive the Crystals within 5-10 days of placing the order on this website. In the case of remote locations, it can even take more time.

Do you provide any certificate for the authenticity of Crystals?

Our Crystals are 100% authentic and we do not provide a Certificate.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Presently we don’t offer this facility.

Yes, you can pay through Netbanking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Wallets etc.

How can I be assured that Crystals will give me results?

Crystals work for the Highest Good of the individual and his/her karmic readiness for healing. Though many of our customers have got great healing results as evident from the testimonials we have received, we cannot promise any specific results/outcome from the use of our Crystals.

Do the use of Crystals replace need for medical advice?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Crystals are a complementary healing modality and does not replace or substitute need for proper medical advice wherever necessary.  

Do you charge any separate shipping fees?

Will I receive the Crystals exactly as shown in the picture?

Since Crystals are natural products, there is a scope of colour/texture variation from the picture. There is also a possibility of some marks/small holes which are all part of the naturalness of Crystals.

Can I return the Crystals or seek a refund after placing the order?

You are requested to check thoroughly & ask for necessary clarification from us prior to placing an order. Once an order is placed, we will not be able to accept any request for refund/return/replacement.

What if I receive crystals in damaged condition?

We generally pack the crystals so well that you will not face any damage issues. However, if you receive crystals in damaged condition, you need to inform us immediately along with a clear video of the first time unpacking of the parcel showing damage & return to us the damaged product to within 10 days of receipt at your own cost. Once we receive the crystals, we will re-ship the fresh crystals within 10 days of receipt of your courier at our end.
